摘要
绩效管理和组织战略相协调的趋向日益显著。文章从战略角度出发,分析我国石油化工企业的绩效管理评价现状与存在弊端,进行构建战略导向绩效评价的可行性研究;绘制战略地图,构建绩效评价指标体系,以F石化公司为实例进行绩效评价指标权重的确定,力求保障石油化工企业的战略实施。
The coordinated development trend of performance management and organizational strategy is increasingly significant. In this article, status and existing disadvantages of performance management evaluation in China's petrochemical enterprises were analyzed from a strategic perspective. The feasibility to construct the strategy oriented performance evaluation system was studied; the strategy map was drawn, and the performance measurement index system was established. Taking F petrochemical enterprise as an example,weight of each performance measurement index was determined to ensure the strategic implementation of petrochemical enterprise.
