摘要
绩效管理和组织战略相协调的趋向日益显著。文章从战略角度出发,分析我国石油化工企业的绩效管理评价现状与存在弊端,进行构建战略导向绩效评价的可行性研究;绘制战略地图,构建绩效评价指标体系,以F石化公司为实例进行绩效评价指标权重的确定,力求保障石油化工企业的战略实施。
The coordinated development trend of performance management and organizational strategy is increasingly significant. In this article, status and existing disadvantages of performance management evaluation in China＆#39;s petrochemical enterprises were analyzed from a strategic perspective. The feasibility to construct the strategy oriented performance evaluation system was studied; the strategy map was drawn, and the performance measurement index system was established. Taking F petrochemical enterprise as an example,weight of each performance measurement index was determined to ensure the strategic implementation of petrochemical enterprise.
