摘要
油田注汽锅炉是随着稠油热力开采而迅速发展起来的新型工业锅炉,热效率普遍偏低,它的热损失主要包括化学未完全燃烧热损失、排烟热损失、锅炉向环境散热热损失等,其中排烟热损失和散热热损失是影响注汽锅炉热效率的两个主要因素。针对油田注汽锅炉的排烟热损失进行了一些措施与研究,有效的降低锅炉排烟温度,降低排烟热损失,在一定程度上提高了锅炉的热效率。
With development of steam injection thermal recovery of heavy oil, a new type of steam injection boiler is developed. But the boiler has low thermal efficiency; its heat loss includes incomplete combustion heat loss, heat loss due to exhaust gas, and boiler heat loss to the environment. Among them, heat loss due to exhaust gas and boiler heat loss to the environment are the two main factors to affect steam injection boiler thermal efficiency. In this paper, the heat loss due to exhaust gas for oilfield injection steam boiler was researched. It’s pointed out that effectively reducing the boiler exhaust gas temperature can decrease the heat losses to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler to a certain extent.
