摘要
为了实现对封闭焊接环境内有害气体的检测和处理,设计了一种基于WSN的环境监控系统。系统通过无线自组织和多跳路由的方式构成动态分布式网络,实现了外部网关与感知节点的相互通信。详细介绍了系统的总体架构、硬件设计、软件设计。通过在焊接生产车间实际测试,运行结果表明系统具有较强的灵活性和容错性,能够实现高密度的快速部署,完全满足焊接车间对有害气体在线实时检测和处理的需要,应用价值高。
In order to realize the detection and treatment of harmful gases in a closed welding environment,an environmental monitoring system based on WSN is designed in this article.In the system,a dynamic and distributed network is constituted by means of wireless ad hoc and multi-hop routing,so the communication between external gateway and perceptual nodes is realized.In this article,the overall architecture,hardware design and software design are described in detail.Through the actual test in welding production workshop,the experiment results show that the system has strong flexibility and fault tolerance,can realize the rapid deployment of high density.It fully meets the needs of harmful gas online real-time detection and processing for welding workshop,and has strong application potential.
