摘要
结合管道工程焊接实践和焊接理论知识,分析管道自动焊工艺参数在实际应用中存在的困难。运用理论与实践相结合的办法,建立了焊接参数模型的计算方法。经实际验算和现场应用,结果表明,该焊接参数模型缩短了焊接工艺的制定时间,可根据现场复杂工况,合理调整焊接工艺参数,做到焊接速度快、质量高,充分发挥管道自动焊在实际应用中的优点,值得推广使用。
Combine the welding practice of pipeline engineering and welding theoretical knowledge and analyze the existing difficulty of pipeline automatic welding process parameters among the practice.Apply the method of combining the theory and practice and set up the calculation method of welding parameter model.Through the practical checking and application in worksite,the results show that the welding parameter model has shortened the period of formulating the welding procedure,base on the complicated working conditions and adjust the welding parameters reasonably,achieve the rapid welding speed and high quality and exert the advantage of pipeline automatic welding among the practice fully.So it is good for application widely.
