摘要
管管相贯的相贯线轨迹的机器人自动化焊接是锅炉、压力容器及相关行业的难题,介绍了空间中厚板相贯线轨迹多层多道机器人焊接系统的构成、工作原理。包括:作业对象的模型、焊道数据、系统软件,机器人系统的构成、离线编程、电弧跟踪原理及纠偏应用等。
Robot automated welding in pipe-pipe intersecting field has been a technical problem in the boiler and pressure vessel industry and related industry.This paper mainly introduces the constitute of medium and thick plate robot automated welding system,and how it works.Including:model of working object,welding channel data,system soft,constitute of robot system,offline programming,theory and correction application of arc tracking and so on.
