NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(鼻型)肺累及一例并文献复习

摘要 临床资料患者男性,17岁,从事理发行业。因＂发热、咳嗽、咳痰2周余,气急11 d＂,于2012年12月6日入院。患者于2周前无明显诱因出现不规则低热,咳嗽、咳痰,痰量不多,白色泡沫痰为主,有时痰中带血,伴鼻塞,流少量脓涕及间歇、轻微鼻衄;无头痛、肌肉酸痛和关节痛,无皮疹,无恶心呕吐。自服退热药＂百服宁＂等效果不佳,体温逐步升高,达39℃,5 d后出现活动后呼吸困难,进行性加重,以＂肺部感染＂入住当地医院呼吸科。2012年11月26日胸部CT示双下肺实变,
