摘要
介绍了以锰系合金渣为原料生产矿棉的试验，结果表明锰渣是较好的制棉原料，成棉率高。要生产出高品质的矿棉，渣液温度应在1300～1500℃之间、MnO含量为6％～16％、酸度系数为0．8～1．6。
This article introduces an experiment of using manganese ferroalloy slag to produce mineral wool, which indicates that manganese slag is a good raw material and a high productivity rate. To produce high-quality mineral wool, the ideal slag liquid temperature should be between 1 300 - 1 500℃, the content of MnO should be ranged in 6% - 16% , and acidity should be controlled between 0.6 - 1.6.
