摘要
本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法对舞蹈啦啦操运动队训练内容体系进行构建。研究结果显示:舞蹈啦啦操运动队的训练内容体系分两个部分,一是理论教育部分,二是实践部分。本文的研究对进一步促进舞蹈啦啦操在我国的发展,丰富校园文化生活,加强舞蹈啦啦操运动队的训练水平,提高我国舞蹈啦啦操竞技水平具有重要的意义。
Through using the method of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper makes study on construction of dance cheerleading sports team training content system.The result shows that dance cheerleading sport team training content system has two parts,one is the theory education part,two is to practice. Research of this paper to further promote the dance exercise in the development of our country,enrich campus culture life,strengthen dance the sport training level,improve the competitive level of our country dance.
