摘要
目的:观察针灸配合中药治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:62例随机分为治疗组31例和对照组31例。治疗组给予针灸及中药治疗,对照组只给予中药治疗,10次为一疗程,治疗2个疗程进行评价。结果:总有效率治疗组93.54%,对照组70.97%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合中药治疗面肌痉挛疗效显著。
Objective ： This article aims to observe the clinical effects of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial spasm. Methods： 62 cases of facial spasm were randomly divided into treatment group （ 31 cases ） and control group （ 31 cases ） . The treatment group was given acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment, and the control group received only traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The evaluation was carried out after two courses of treatment. Results： The total effectiveness for the treatment group was 93.54%, while the total effective rate for the control group was 70.97%. The two groups have statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial spasm is remarkable.
