摘要
目的:观察手法复位配合中药治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果。方法:54例分为两组各27例,观察组用中医手法复位结合中药汤剂治疗,对照组用常规闭合复位外固定治疗。结果:总有效率观察组96.30%,对照组81.48%,西组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组3.70%,对照组33.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位配合中药治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the effect on fracture of humeral surgical neck for the elderly treated by manual reduction combined with TCM. Method： 54 cases were divided into two groups, 27 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with manual reduction combined with TCM while the control group were treated with conventional closure reduction external fixation. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30% while that of the control group was 81.48%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The effect is good on fracture of humeral surgical neck for the elderly treated by manual reduction combined with TCM.
