摘要 以4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为异氰酸酯硬段、聚醚二元醇(DL-2000)为软段、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为扩链剂,通过溶液聚合法制备溶剂型聚氨酯压敏胶A组分。以氨基树脂为交联剂、强酸为催化剂,在120℃条件下烘烤1min进行交联固化,得到聚乙烯(PE)保护膜。研究表明:当交联剂用量为A组分用量的12%~20%时,制备的PE保护膜性能良好,保护膜与基材之间反复粘结剥离无残胶。 In this paper, polyurethane pressuresensitive adhesive with different isoeyanate hard segments, polyether soft segments, and a functional chain extender, was synthesized by solution polymerization process, then at 120 ℃ ,the roll coating process completed for adhesive cross-linking for 1 min to obtain a polyethylene (PE) protective film. The result showed that HMDI, TMP, DL-2000 is the best raw materials for preparation of this pressure- sensitive adhesive, when the 30% inhibitor was added into glue mixed system of amino resin cross-linking agents, strong acids and glue solution that it extended the gel at room tempera- ture longer than 10 h. The protective film has a good wettability, and low peel strength 3 g/25 mm- 40 g/25 mm, there is no adhesive residue on the protected substrate surface with repeated adhesion and peeling.
