摘要
针对5A06薄壁框钣金焊接件,进行了焊接结构工艺性优化,制定了合理的装配焊接方案、研制了合理可靠的焊接工装,采取了有效工艺措施,控制了焊缝气孔、焊接变形,确保了产品的焊缝质量、尺寸及形位精度。
As for thin-slab structure of 5A06 Al alloy,the welding process was optimized.The proper assembly and welding plans were made,and the reasonable and reliable welding fixtures were developed.As a result,welding porosities and distortion are effectively controlled.The precision of the thin-slab structure can be satisfied.
