摘要
对ZF5600/18/38液压支架柱帽出现的裂纹进行了分析。结果表明:材料含碳量过高,晶粒粗大,热处理温度偏高,导致柱帽开裂。针对以上原因采取了改进措施,开裂问题得到了解决。
The crack on post cap of ZF5600/18/38 hydraulic support was analyzed. The results show that: high carbon content of the material, coarse grains and high temperature heat treatment, result in severe crack on post cap. For the above reasons, the improved measures were taken to improve and the cracking problem has been resolved.
