摘要
分析了高校使用公务卡的意义,针对当前高校公务卡使用率低、作用局限、监管不力等情况进行研究,提出了加强对公务卡的宣传和培训,提高公务卡使用率;加强内部控制制度建设,提高财务管理水平;完善财政监管,提高公务卡服务质量等对策建议。
This paper analyzes the significance of specialized bankcard for colleges and universities and points out that its present aver-age service rate is rather low and？the supervision is ineffective. Hence it is suggested that in order to boost its service rate, more efforts should be made to promote it and more training be offered to its users.
