摘要
在尼丝纺的数码喷墨印花中,分析了印花工艺中各因素对尼丝纺得色深度及防渗化性能的影响,确定了尼丝纺数码印花的优化工艺为:自制糊料5.0%,柠檬酸4.0%,防染盐S 4.0%,尿素9.0%,硫酸铵4.0%,带液率110%,烘干温度100℃,汽蒸时间15 min。结果表明,尼丝纺数码喷墨印花产品具有较好的表观得色深度和色牢度,且印花浆对织物的白度影响不大。
The digital inkjet printing of nylon taffeta is introduced. The factors affecting color yield and anti-bleeding performance of nylon taffeta are analyzed. The optimized digital inkjet printing process is self-made thickener 5.0%, citric acid 4.0%, Resist S 4.0%, urea 9.0%, ammonia sulfate 4.0%, pick up110%, drying temperature 100 ℃, steaming time 15 min. The results show that the printed products features excellent shade and good color fastness, as well as a little influence on whiteness of the prints.
