摘要
以漳州招商局经济技术开发区为例,采用问卷调查和资料查阅相结合的方法,对该地区失地农民的现状进行调查,用SPSS软件对调查数据进行分析。结果表明,该地区失地农民文化程度低、缺少专项技能,加之就业渠道狭窄、政策扶持不力等因素造成再就业困难,认为重视人力资本积累和拓宽就业渠道等方式可以缓解再就业问题。
Taking Zhangzhou China Merchants Economic and Technological Development Zone as an example,using the methods of questionnaire survey and literature search,the situations of land-lost farmers in this zone were surveyed.The survey data was analyzed by SPSS software.The results showed that the degree of education,special skill of the land-lost farmers were low in this zone.Additionally,the factors such as narrow channel of employment,poorly policies support made difficult for the land-lost farmers’ re-employment.And the result showed that paying attention to human capital accumulation and broaden employment channels could ease the problems of re-employment.
