摘要
钙通道阻滞药(CCBD)阻滞心肌和血管平滑肌细胞兴奋-收缩耦联作用,抑制心肌收缩力及血管平滑肌收缩,抑制窦房结和房室结的自律性和传导性,其药理机制不断明确,CCBD在围术期与麻醉药、肌松药及心血管药物的相互作用的相关问题不断探索与扩展,在临床应用中具有一定的发展前景。
Calcium Channel Blocling Drugs retardants the excitation contraction coupling of myocardium and vascular smooth muscle, depressing myocardial contractive power, contracting of vascular smooth muscle, the automatic rhythmicity and conductibility of sinoatrial node. The pharmacological mechanism of CCBD has being known day after day. In the perioperative period, CCBD interacts with andesthetie, muscle relaxant, angiomyocardiac, which has being expanded gradually and being regarded as a hopeful thing in chinical application.
