电容电感抑制电动工具电磁骚扰的理论和实验研究

摘要 针对手持式电动工具的电磁骚扰问题,对电磁骚扰的来源、影响因素和抑制手段进行了归纳,建立了电容和电感的高频等效电路和谐振频率模型,基于更换不同型式、不同容量的电容和电感的滤波器,利用测试接收机、人工电源网络和模拟手对150 k Hz^30 MHz的骚扰电压项目进行了测试。分析了不同频段差模干扰的抑制效果,提出了电容、电感的选用和安装建议。研究结果表明,为抑制手持式电动工具电磁骚扰,应充分重视电容电感的高频特性,合理地选择容量和型式,缩短引线,提高谐振频率,从而在较低的成本下实现最佳的抑制效果。 Aiming at the problem of electromagnetic disturbance of hand-held electric tools,the disturbance source, influencing factors and suppression methods were summarized, the high frequency equivalent circuit and resonant frequency model of inductance and capacitance were established, based on the replacement of different types, different capacity of capacitance and inductance, with the test receiver, artificial power supply network and analog hands the disturbance voltage test was conducted on 150 kHz - 30 MHz. The suppression effects of the different bands differential mode was analyzed, capacitors&inductors selection and installation recommendations were proposed. The results indicate that the suppression of hand-held electric tools electromagnetic disturbance should pay full attention to high frequency characteristics of capacitance and inductance, the reasonable selection of capacity and type, shorten the lead, raise the resonant frequency so as to achieve the best suppression effect at low cost.
