摘要
分析了在大学生党建工作中实施精细化管理的意义和大学生党建工作存在的薄弱环节,提出了大学生党建工作精细化管理的运作措施建议:(1)要从加强学生党支部管理和思想政治教育入手;(2)要努力实现整个管理过程精细化;(3)要在制度建设、考评机制方面下实功夫。
Based on the necessity and current status analysis, the measures for sophisticated management in college students party building are proposed as follows. （ 1） Strengthening students party branch management and ideological and political education. （ 2 ）Making an effort to bring about mannaging process sophisticated. （ 3） Making a real effort to improve regulations and assessment.
