摘要
以"探究—行为展现—反思"的循环教学为手段,对精细有机合成专业课进行实践教学探索,结果发现:"学习共同体"的构建,既能提升学生专业学习的能力,又能促进教师专业知识结构和专业素养的不断更新和完善;同时因其注重学生个体的"自我建构"和团队合作,并使教师的课堂教学在学生学习和讨论中深化,可实现大学课堂教学的新局面.
By means of the cyclic teaching of"exploration-behavior show –reflection",the author implemented a practical teaching exploration on the course of Fine Organic Synthesis,and the results obtained are:The establishment of the"learning community"can not only enhance students' learning ability but also promote the continual update and perfection of teachers' professional knowledge structure and specialty quality;meanwhile,a new situation of college classroom teaching can be realized because of its focus on individual student's"self construction"and team cooperation,as well as deepening teachers' classroom teaching in students' study and discussions.
