摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定缩泉丸中去甲异波尔定的含量。方法 色谱柱Ecosil C18(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-含0.5%甲酸和0.1%三乙胺溶液(10:90);检测波长:280 nm;流速:1mL.min^-1;柱温:30℃。结果 去甲异波尔定在0.011~2.248μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9;低、中、高浓度加样回收率分别为98.6%、99.6%、100.4%,RSD均〈2%。结论 本方法简便、准确、可靠,对缩泉丸质量标准提高具有一定参考价值。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine norisoboldine in Suoquan pills. Methods The column was Ecosil column C18, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% methanoic acid and 0.1% triethylamine solution(10 :90) at 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Norisoboldine was linear at 0.011-2.248 μg, r=0.999 9, the average recoveries were more than 98.6% and the RSDs were less than 2%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and stable, which improves the quality standard of Suoquan pills.
