摘要
辅导员是全面负责学生管理工作的高校教师,对大学生思想政治教育起到了重要作用。大学辅导员工作在高校学生的前线,如处理辅导员工作中的问题,是值得我们认真思考的。本文介绍了目前高校辅导员工作中面对的各种问题,并有针对性地分析了高校辅导员的应对措施。
As an university faculty, who are fully responsible for managing students, the counselor plays an important role in the college ideological and political education. counselors work is at the front line to foster college students. Serious consideration needs to be taken into realization and solving the problems that counselors encounter in their works. The paper illustrates the various problems of the work of counselor. Meanwhile, some analyses and measures are pointed to solve these problems.
