摘要
对新疆某地浸铀矿山钻孔施工中使用的不同型号钻机、钻具和泥浆泵的主要参数及技术钻速进行总结和分析,以研究钻井施工设备对技术钻速的影响规律.结果表明,在钻孔深度为350~500 m的条件下,转盘式钻机的技术钻速略高于立轴式钻机.为了获得较快的技术钻速,建议采用额定功率高于90 kW的钻机和泥浆泵,且泥浆泵的额定流量不低于850 L/min,配套的钻铤直径在156 mm以上、长度不小于9.5m,钻杆直径在89 mm以上、长度不小于9.6m.
Main parameters and technical drilling speed of different type of drilling machine, drilling tool, mud pump in construction of borehole in one in-situ leaching uranium mine in Xinjiang are sum- marized and analyzed. The result indicates that when drilling deepness is between 350-500 m, the drilling speed of rotary drilling machine is slightly higher than that of vertical spindle drilling ma- chine. To obtain quick drilling speed, rated power 90 kW of drilling machine and mud pump, and flow rate of pump over 850 L/rain, drill collar's mating diameter 156 mm and its length over 9.5 m, drill pipe's diameter over 89 mm and its length longer than 9.6 mm are recommended.
