摘要
根据IEC制定的闪变仪的设计规则,传统的IEC闪变仪主要由滤波器环节组成,但是各滤波器的传递函数都有延迟和检测的误差较大,故采用小波变换的多分辨率分析来等效IEC闪变仪的滤波器来解决这些问题。同时,利用LabVIEW和MATLAB的联合编程进行程序设计,使之能对信号进行分析,得到电压瞬时闪变视感度。最后,通过与IEC闪变仪分析比较,验证了此方法的有效性。
On the base of the design rules of flicker equipment that IEC formulated, traditional IEC flicker is mainly made up of filters. But transfer functions of each filter have delay and the more serious errors in detection, Multi-resolution analysis of wavelet transform which is equal to these filters of IEC flicker equipment was adopted, so as to solve these problems. At the same time, the mixed-programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB was also adopted to design the program which can analyze and deal with signals so as to acquire the instantaneous flicker visual sensitivity. Finally, through analyzingand comparing with IEC flicker equipment, this program was verified to be effective.
