摘要
传统媒体已经发生颠覆性的变革,出版业进入全媒体出版时代。全媒体时代信息传播途径越来越多元化、立体化以及受众在信息传播过程中发挥越来越大的主动性,对出版业编辑提出了信息素养的新要求。编辑应该具备的信息素养可以概括为对信息的获取和传播、评价和鉴别、整合和利用的能力。编辑通过学习获取这种信息素养,而全媒体时代尤其应该注重自组织学习和对微内容的碎片化学习。
Subversive changes have taken place in traditional media, and the publishing industry has entered an all-media publishing era. In an all-media era, the information transmission ways are becoming increasingly diversified and three-dimensional, and the audience are taking greater initiative in information transmission, which present new requirements to editors' information literacy. An editors' information literacy can be summarized as the abilities of gaining and broadcasting, judging and identifying, integrating and using of information. Editors can get this literacy by learning, and have to pay special attention to the self-organized study and fragmented learning of micro content.
