摘要
目的探讨心内科优质护理服务的新举措、新模式和新文化,打造优质护理品牌,为患者提供更满意的服务。方法求创新,探索护理管理新举措,包括建章立制、强化护士培训、提高人员素质、完善绩效考核等;改模式,推进护理服务上水平,包括改革排班模式和实行整体护理责任包干制等;赢满意、树品牌,包括注重细节和谐医患关系,持续改进提升整体满意度等。结果创新服务模式实施后,心血管内科的护理质量有所提升,护士综合素质整体提高,优质示范品牌业内知名度提高。结论创新服务模式有助于促进优质护理服务深入开展和建立优质护理服务品牌形象。
Objective To explore the novel measures,mode and culture of high quality nursing service in department of cardiology and build high quality nursing brand in order to provide better nursing service to patients.Methods To pursuit creation and explore novel measures of nursing management:Establish rules and regulations to enforce the training,improve the quality of the staff,improve the performance appraisal and build incentive mechanism.To change the mode and improve the nursing service which include:reform the scheduling mode,practice the whole nursing responsibility and expenditure.To gain the satisfaction and establish the brand,such as the love culture,harmonious doctor-patient relationship and continuous improvement of overall satisfaction level.Results The comprehensive quality of nursing was improved,and the reputation of nursing was established.Conclusion This novel service mode can significantly help the implementation of high quality nursing service which also helpfully develop good brand image of nursing service.
