摘要
通过对228名文化产业员工的问卷调查,考察变革型领导对员工职业满意度的作用机理。运用SPSS17.0统计应用软件,采用多元层级回归分析方法对调研数据进行分析,结果表明:变革型领导对员工的职业满意度有显著正向影响;员工所感知到的工作自主权、技能多样性、任务重要性和反馈在变革型领导和职业满意度之间起部分中介作用;员工感知的任务完整性在变革型领导和职业满意度之间不起中介作用。
Through the questionnaire survey of 228 staff from culture industry, the mechanism of transformational leadership on career satisfaction was investigated. Using the multivariate hierarchical regression analysis method survey data were to be analyzed with the SPSS17.0 statistical software application. Results show that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on career satisfaction; job autonomy, skill variety, task significance and feedback play the role of intermediary between transformational leadership and career satisfaction while task integrity does not.
