摘要 目的:观察血压水平对原发高血压患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法:入选原发高血压病患者86例,按收缩压水平分为三亚组:B1:SBP<160 mm Hg,B2:160 mm Hg≤SBP<180 mm Hg,B3:SBP≥180 mm Hg,作为观察组,选用30例常规体检血压正常者为对照组,常规检查体重指数(BMI)、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、肾功能及24 h心电图(Holter),记录心率变异性指标。结果:原发性高血压患者各组与对照组的生化指标、体重指数、性别构成变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HRV时域指标SDNN和频域指标LF、HF及两者比例,均较对照组明显降低(P均<0.05),随着血压升高,各组HRV明显降低,血压越高,HRV降低越明显。结论:原发高血压患者血压水平能影响患者的HRV,血压越高,HRV越低。 Objective To explore changes of heart rate variability( HRV) in hypertensive patients of the different level of blood pressure. Method 86 hypertensive patients were selected,the observe group was divided into three subgroups based on the level of SBP,B1:SBP〈 160 mm Hg,B2: 160 mm Hg≤SBP〈 180 mmHg,B3: SBP≥180 mm Hg,and 30 cases of routine physical examination as a control group with normal blood pressure,body mass index( BMI),total cholesterol( TC),low density lipoprotein- cholesterol( LDL- C),fasting blood glucose( FBG),24 h Holter ECG and renal function were a routine examination. and the parameter of HRV were analyzed. Results The level of age,MBI,total cholesterol( TC),low density lipoprotein- cholesterol( LDL- C),fasting blood glucose( FBG)were same in two groups( P〉0. 05),Each parameter of HRV in hypertensive patients were markedly lower than that in control group( P〈0. 05),and the higher SBP,the lower HRV in hypertensive patients. Conclusion The level of blood pressure could influence the HRV. The higher SBP,the lower HRV in hypertensive patients.
