摘要
从能耗基本情况、分布情况、机车能耗情况3个方面分析兰州铁路局能源消耗现状,分析当前能源消耗中存在的主要问题及原因,提出大力调整能耗结构、加强机车节能管理、做好燃煤节约工作、推动节能技术改造、开展全员节能降耗活动、加强节能技术研发、完善节能管理规章制度等深化兰州铁路局节能降耗的措施及建议。
This paper analyzes the energy consumption status of Lanzhou Railway Administration from 3 aspects including basic situation of energy consumption,distribution situation and situation of locomotive energy consumption,analyzes the main problems existing in current energy consumption and its reason,and puts forward measures and suggestions on deepening energy consumption of Lanzhou Railway Administration,such as greatly adjusting the structure of energy consumption,strengthening energy saving management of locomotives,well doing the coal-fired saving work,promoting the technical reformation of energy saving,developing the activities of full energy saving and consumption reducing,enhancing the research and development of energy saving technologies and improving the rules and regulations of energy saving management.
