摘要
分析了轧扭麻花钻的螺旋槽不同截形对切削加工的影响。通过实际切削试验的对比,比较出最能适应一般情况下的切削加工的截形。利用计算机辅助分析,改善并提高轧扭麻花钻在切削加工中的使用寿命。
The influence to cutting with different shape of cross section of the spiral groove of rolling twist drill is ana-lysed.Through the comparison of the actual cutting test,find the best shape which is able to adapt to most general machi-ning.Ues the computer aided analysis,so as to improve and enhance working life of the rolling twist drill in the machining.
