摘要
风车特性是航空发动机使用过程中必须考虑的,为了更准确的研究空中启动性能,有必要对风车状态进行深入研究.由于在风车状态当压比小于1.0时,表征部件特性的效率将不再合适,而且在低转速附近换算扭矩与换算流量的关系为斜率为负的平行直线.利用换算扭矩来代替效率,并结合简单的部件匹配模型得到某涡扇发动机不同马赫数下的风车特性.从计算结果来看,给出的参数变化趋势合理,可供飞行试验参考.
Windmill characteristics must be considered in the process of using aero engine , in order to more accurately study the air starting performance , it is necessary to conduct in -depth study on windmill state .When the pressure ratio of the windmill state was less than 1. 0, the characterization of component characteristics of efficiency will no longer be appropri -ate , and in the vicinity of the low speed torque converter conversion between flows parallel to the slope of the straight line was negative .Used torque converter instead of efficiency , and combined with simple components to match the model to get a turbofan engine windmill char -acteristics under different Mach numbers .From the calculation results , the trends of parame-ters were reasonable in this paper , and could be as a reference for flight test .
