摘要
采用泰尔指数和Malmquist指数方法,对我国三大经济区11个沿海省市在2001～2010年间海洋战略性新兴产业的区域差异进行了区域内和区域间结构分解分析,并对海洋战略性新兴产业的生产效率进行了比较。研究结果表明,我国海洋新兴产业发展存在总体差异的主要原因是区域内各省市产业发展不均衡。研究期内,我国海洋新兴产业的生产效率略有下降,技术变化率起着明显的抑制作用,技术效率有所降低。
Using Theil index and Malmquist index method,structurally decomposing the regional overall difference of marine strategic emerging industry of the 11 coastal provinces in three major economic regions from 2001 to 2010,and then estimating the production efficiency of marine emerging industry. The results show that the main reason why the development of marine emerging industry has overall difference is that the industry development in provinces is unbalanced; on the other hand,during the study period,Chinese marine emerging industry productivity fell down slightly,technical change played an obvious inhibitory effect,technical efficiency was also reduced.
