摘要
随着联合国教科文组织和全国对非物质文化遗产的重视,科研、教育机构和有关部门对非物质文化遗产的研究和宣传,非物质文化遗产走向大众,对其保护性开发研究势在必行。金城兰州是甘肃省会、丝绸之路重镇和多种文化交汇之地,拥有丰富的地域特色鲜明的非物质文化遗产,但开发工作还很薄弱。适应时代的要求,应加快兰州非物质文化遗产传承人培训基地建设、加大舞台化展演力度等对策和措施,弘扬和发展兰州及甘肃非物质文化遗产。
Upon UNESCO＇s call, Chinese governmen~ has been actively engaged in the protection of the intangible cultural heritage. Research has been done and educational institutes have been set up. The intangible cultural heritage is no more an unfamiliar topic. In 2014 the Silk Road was successfully identified as world cultural heritage, and President Xi proposed the construction of ＂one belt one road＂. Lanzhou is the capital of Gansu province, an important fort on the Silk Road and the hub of different cultures. It has been rich in the intangible cultural heritage of different regional characteristics; however, more work could have been done in this field. To meet the demands of the age, this paper proposes to quicken the steps of constructing training bases in Lanzhou for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and to increase the intensity of stage performances and other policies and measures. This paper provides a host of information and fact to facilitate the maintenance of the intangible cultural heritage and the development of Gansu province.
