摘要
本文采用1998～2013年间环渤海五省市的 Panel 数据，分析 FDI 、 R＆D 、社会消费与环渤海五省市经济增长的关系。研究表明， FDI 、 R＆D 与社会消费对北京经济增长都起到显著地推动作用；FDI 、 R＆D 与社会消费对天津经济增长发挥了促进作用；R＆D 和社会消费对河北经济增长起到了一定的作用，FDI 则缺乏显著性；R＆D 和社会消费对山东经济增长影响较大， FDI 显著相关性不强； FDI 和社会消费对辽宁经济增长的带动作用较明显，R＆D 与经济增长缺乏相关性。与此同时， FDI 、 R＆D 和社会消费对各省市经济的贡献率也存在明显的差异，基于此，本文有针对性地提出各省市经济发展的政策建议。
Taking the Panel data of five provinces and cities around Bohai Sea District from 1998 to 2013 ,the paper analyzes rela-tionships of FDI 、 R＆D 、 social consumption and economic growth of five provinces and cities around Bohai Sea .The research shows that FDI 、 R＆D 、 and social consumption significantly promote Beijing economic growth ; FDI 、 R＆D 、 and social consumption play a promoting role for Tianjin economic growth ; R＆D and social consumption play a certain effect for Hebei economic growth ,while FDI is the lack of significance ; R＆D and social consumption have a greater influence on Shandong economic growth ,while the obvious relationship on FDI is not strong ; FDI and social consumption strikingly pull Liaoning economic growth ,but the correlation between R＆D and economic growth is lack .At the same time ,the contribution rate that FDI 、 R＆D and social consumption show up for economic growth of various provinces and cities also exists obvious differences .Based on this ,the article puts forward targeted policies and suggestions on the development of e -conomy for various provinces and cities .
