摘要 设计了铝钨粉末合金冷压、热压模具,并给出各项模具参数。确定了铝钨粉末合金冷压、热压过程中的压制压力、加压速度、保温时间以及挤压温度等工艺参数,挤压件致密度达到99%以上。研究了变形温度450~570℃、应变速率0.001~1s^-1、最大变形程度60%的条件下铝钨粉末合金热压缩的流动应力变化规律,并结合金相图进行了组织分析。结果能为制定铝钨合金塑性成形工艺提供理论依据。 The cold pressing die and hot pressing die of aluminum tungsten alloy powder were designed. And die parameters were given. The process parameters of A1-W alloy powder in the cold pressing and hot pressing process, including pressing pressure, pressing speed, time of heat preservation and extrusion temperature were determined. The consistency of extruded forging reached more than 99%. The changing rules of the flow stress of A1-W alloy powder in hot compression were studied under the conditions o f deformation temperaatre of 450-570 ℃, strain rate of 0.001-1 s-1 and the maximum deformation degree of 60%. And combined with metallographic picture, the microstructure was analyzed. The results can provide a theoretical basis for constituting the plastic forming processes of AI-W alloy powder.
