摘要
乳腺癌是危害女性健康的常见恶性肿瘤。随着现代影像技术的发展,超声波诊断已作为乳腺癌的首选方法。钼靶摄影是乳腺癌的基本筛查手段之一,近红外线扫描是乳腺癌基层普查的一种补充,CT、MRI进一步提高了乳腺癌的诊断率,多种影像检查手段已用于乳腺癌的筛查、诊断及治疗随访,因而综合应用影像学检查方法是乳腺癌影像诊断的主要发展趋势。通过系统分析乳腺癌的常用影像学检查及其特点,为临床医师选择正确的乳腺癌辅助检查手段提供参考。
Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in clinic,which is harm to the health of women. With the development of the modern imaging technologies,ultrasonography has been the preferred imaging modality used in diagnosing. X-ray mammography( MG) is the basic means for the screening of breast cancer,and near infrared spectroscopy( NIRS) is complementary to basiclevel general survey of breast cancer,meanwhile computed tomography( CT) and magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) have further improved in the detection of breast cancer. In conclusion,varies imaging methods,currently,have been used in the breast malignant tumors' screening,diagnosis,clinical treatment and follow-up. The combination of different modalities,therefore,will be prevailing in breast cancer early diagnosis. This review gives a systematie review of the commonly used imaging examination of breast cancer and its characteristics,providing auxiliary examination reference for clinicians to select the most appropriate methods.
