摘要
目的:评价阿维A联合血必净治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:42例泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用阿维A胶囊联合血必净注射液治疗,对照组单纯口服阿维A胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90.4%和61.9%(P<0.05),复发率分别为10.5%和30.7%。结论:阿维A联合血必净治疗泛发性脓疱型银屑病优于单用阿维A胶囊治疗。
Objective：To assess the clinical efficacy of the acitretin combined with xuebijing injection in the treatment of pustular psoriasis.Methods：Forty-two patients with pustular psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment group were treated with acitretin combined with xuebijing injection.The patients in the control group were treated with acitretin only.Results：The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 90.4％ and 61.9％ （P＜0.05）.The recurrence rates of the two groups were 10.5％ and 30.7％ （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of the acitretin combined with xuebijing injection is more effective than acitretin only in the treatment of pustular psoriasis.
