摘要
目的探讨社区护理干预对糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响。方法 100例确诊糖尿病患者进行社区护理干预,12个月后通过问卷调查比较干预前后糖尿病知识认知状况、血糖控制的效果。结果糖尿病患者干预前后对糖尿病的认知水平、遵医行为、血糖控制水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预能提高糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,从而有效控制血糖水平,对糖尿病患者的治疗具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the influence of community nursing intervention on self management ability of diabetes mellitus patients. Methods There were 100 diagnosed diabetes mellitns patients who received community nursing intervention. After 12 months, their recognition condition of diabetes mellitus and blood glucose control effects were compared througb questionnaire survey. Results There were statistically significant differencew of the recognition level, compliance, and blood glucose control level between the indexes before and after intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention can enhance self management ability of diabetes mellitus patients, thus it can effectively control their blood glucose. It has very important significance for treating diabetes mellitus patients.
