摘要
目的分析老年高血压患者采用氨氯地平与依那普利联合治疗的效果。方法 100例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用马来酸依那普利治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率76.0%(38/50)明显低于观察组总有效率94.0%(47/50),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.35,P<0.05);对照组3例发生不良反应占6.0%,观察组4例发生不良反应,占8.0%,两组不良反应经对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.15,P=0.695>0.05)。结论采用氨氯地平与依那普利联合治疗老年高血压患者效果显著,不良反应低,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of amlodipine and enalapril in combination treatment of senile hypertension. Methods A total of 100 senile hypertension patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group contained 50 cases. The control group received amlodipine for treatment, while the observation group received additional enalapril maleate for treatment. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76.0% （38/50）, which was obviously lower than 94.0% （47/50） of the observation group, and the difference had statistical significance （X^2=6.35, P〈0.05）. There were 3 cases with adverse reactions in the control group, which accounted for 6.0%, and there were 4 cases in the observation group as 8.0%. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （X^ 2=0-15, P=0.695〉0.05）. Conclusion The combination treatment by amlodipine and enalapril of senile hypertension has precise effect, few adverse reactions, and high safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
