神东公司7 m大采高工作面配套刮板机为进口德国DBT公司产品,驱动功率3×1600 kw,使用CST软启动,神东公司对驱动实施了变频改造,井下连续使用时间超过1a,完成产量超过1 000万t,运行稳定,未发生过较大机电故障,有效提高了设备可靠性、降低了故障率。
Shendong Company 7 m large mining height mating scraper conveyor was from German DBT Company, driving power was 3×1 600 kW, CST soft start was used, Shendong Company made frequency conversion renovation to the driving,underground continuous use time was more than 1 a, with output more than 10 million t and stable running, without big electrical and mechanical failure, the technology effectively improved the equipment reliability, reduced the failure rate.
