摘要
创业品质代表一种以创新创业为基础的做事与思考方式,其内涵包括创业意识和创业精神。采用文献研究的方法从创业品质的概念、创业意识和创业精神三个方面对国内外大学生创业品质培育的研究作了梳理和分析,并从创业教育立德树人的功能本位对其德育价值进行了思考。
Entrepreneurial quality represents a way of doing and thinking based on innovation and entrepreneurship,which includes entrepreneurship awareness and entrepreneurship spirit.This paper explores and sorts out both domestic and overseas literature on university students＇ education of entrepreneurial quality by the method of literature research from the following three aspects：the concept of entrepreneurial quality,entrepreneurship awareness and entrepreneurship spirit.
