摘要
在高校服务社会职能的指导下,辽宁高校在自身和外延方面采取了很多措施,推动着辽宁地方经济社会的快速发展,但是同时仍然存在着诸多阻碍因素。所以辽宁高校应积极克服这些困难,实现在"贡献中求发展"。
In order to shoulder the social responsibility to provide service for the regional development, Liaoning universities have taken some measures to facilitate social and economic development. However, some factors still hinder the service of universities for local economy. So Liaoning universities have to overcome these difficulties so as to fasten its own development
