摘要
在活塞环缺陷检测过程中,数据采集是缺陷分析处理的第一步,图像质量的优劣直接影响后续图像处理的准确性。相机的曝光时间以及相机与活塞环之间的相对运动速度直接影响图像的质量。实验从曝光时间与转台转速两个方面着手,应用图像质量评价函数分析获取的图片,得到适合的曝光时间及转台转速,作为整个活塞环缺陷检测系统的实验基础。
The experiment is an important method to analyze and solve problems. The process of defect detection in piston ring, data acquisition is the first step of defect analysis processing, image quality directly affects the ac- curacy of subsequent image processing. The exposure time of camera and the relative velocity between camera and piston ring directly influence the quality of the image. Based on two aspects from the exposure time and the rotating speed, it designs the experiment, analyzes the image quality evaluation function applied in the field of the picture. It obtains the suitable exposure time and rotating speed, is the experimental basis of piston ring de- fect detection system.
