摘要
当前我国农村存在着诸如饮用水质量不高、水量不足、供水保证率不够稳定等问题,这里面既有资金投入不足、管理主体缺失等政府层面的原因,也有部分农民认识不到位、社会关注度不够等农民个体以及社会层面的原因,只有紧密联系当前社会主义新农村建设的大环境,多维度对农村饮水安全问题进行思考,才能不断促进我国农村饮水安全服务体系的不断完善。
For the current existence of rural drinking water quality lower,shortage of water,inadequate water supply guarantee rate stability and other issues such as lack of management ,the main reasons are lack of gov-ernment level,and capital investment,farmers misunderstand,insufficient attention to the social dimension;Only close contact with the current environment of new socialist countryside construction ,multi-dimensional problem of rural drinking water safety consideration ,in order to continuously promote the continuous improve-ment of the rural drinking water safety service system.
