摘要
目的建立丹参饮中檀香和砂仁挥发性成分的提取和薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法收集蒸馏液,薄层色谱法对丹参饮中的檀香和砂仁进行薄层鉴别。结果檀香和砂仁的蒸馏液的最大吸收峰在274 nm,按处方比例需收集蒸馏液200 m L。薄层斑点清晰,重现性好,阴性样品无干扰。结论所建立的方法能准确控制该制剂的质量。
Objective:To establish TLC method for the extraction of volatile components of sandalwood and amomum in Salvia miltior- rhiza Drink. Methods:The steam distillation method was used to collect distillate and the thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to make a thin -layer identification of sandalwood and amomum in Salvia miltiorrhiza Drink. Results:The maximum absorption peak of san- dalwood and amomum distillate was in 274 nm, and 200 mL of distillate needs collecting according to the proportion of prescriptions. The thin - layer spots were clear with good reproducibility and negative samples without interference. Conclusion : The method can accurately control the quality of the preparation.
