摘要
目的:观察加味大黄附子汤神阙穴贴敷治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将30例符合罗马Ⅲ标准的住院老年功能性便秘患者采用加味大黄附子汤神阙穴贴敷,1次/d,每周5次;疗程4周,分别观察其治疗前,治疗后在Wexner便秘评分量表上积分变化。结果:本组总有效率为90%,与治疗前相比,治疗后的总积分有显著性差异(P<0.01);各分项积分也均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:大黄附子汤加味神阙穴贴敷治疗老年功能性便秘疗效确切,简便无副作用。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Dahuang Fuzi Decoction application at Shenque （ CV8 ） in the treatment of elderly functional constipation. Methods ： 30 cases which met Roman HI standard elderly with functional consti- pation were treated with Jiawei Dahuang Fuzi Decoction application at Shenque （CV8） once a day,5 times a week, totally for 4 courses. We observed the integral Wexner constipation rating scale before and after treatment. Results ： The total effective rate was 90%. Compared with before treatment,the total score after treatment had significant difference （P 〈 O. O1 ）. Breakdown points also had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Jiawei Dahuang Fuzi Decoction application at Shenque （CV8） has curative effect for elderly functional constipation patients. It is simple, without side effects.
