摘要 基于项目的供电需求,本文通过电流检测运算放大器AD8210YRZ实时监测充电电流,其输出反馈至TPS5430DDA的检测引脚,进而调节了电容的充电电压。该电路结合超级电容的充放电特性,实现了低压时大电流恒流充电,电容端电压升高后采用恒压,逐步降低电流的充电方式。此方法有效合理地提高了超级电容的充电效率。通过常态性能和高低温试验,各项指标满足设计要求。该产品已投入使用,取得良好的效果,在工程应用中具有重要的意义。 Based on the power requirements of project,the researchusedthe current detection operational amplifier- AD8210YRZ to monitor the charging currentin real-time.The output feedbacked to TPS5430DDA's detection pin, and then adjusted the charging voltage of capacitor.Combined withthe charge and discharge characteristics of super capacitor,thecir- cuitrealized theway of charging that constant-current charging with large current when low voltage and constant-volt- agecharging with reducing the currentgraduallywhen voltage of capacitance rising.This method effectively improved the charging efficiency of super capacitor.Through the normal performance test and high and low temperature test, all of the in- dexes meeted the design requirements.The product has been put into use,and achieved good results, and had great signifi- cance in engineering application.
