摘要
随着近年来我国医疗体制改革的深入,在实践中进行了各种新的医疗模式的尝试。作为"医药分家"的有力举措——药房托管模式,已经在国内各大、中、小医院开始实行。该模式有存在一定的问题,但是也有相当积极的一面。笔者通过该文章对药房托管模式的利弊进行分析,对所存在的问题提出管理对策,以促进该措施的不断完善。
With the reform of medical system in recent years,many attempts were made to all kinds of new medical model in practice.Such as strong measure in the separation of medicine,the＆quot;hospital pharmacy trusteeship＆quot;has been started in all kinds of domestic hospitals.The model has some problems, but there are also the significant positive side.In order to promote the continuous improvement of the measures and countermeasure the problems,the author has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current mode of hospital pharmacy trusteeship.
