摘要
通过对呼伦贝尔水生态环境、水景观资源和游牧民族水文化遗产的梳理分析,总结出"博大、勇毅、敬水、知恩"呼伦贝尔水文化的核心内涵;立足呼伦贝尔生态立市、工业强市、旅贸活市、科教兴市、文化名市的发展定位,着力实现美丽与发展双赢的战略目标,提出呼伦贝尔水文化发展的相关建议。
Based on the thorough analysis of waterecological environment,water landscape resources and nomadic culture heritages in Hulun Buir,the essence of water culture in Hulun Buir,'Broadness,bravery and perseverance,respect for water,gratitude ',is summarized.Hulun Buir aims to develop itself based on 'sound ecology,enhanced industries,activated tourism and trade,vitalized science and education and well-known culture,and strives to realize the win-win strategic goal of 'preserving beauty and promoting development'.Some suggestions are put forward for developing the water culture in Hulun Buir.
