摘要
为了改进某厂单机架四辊平整机支撑辊在服役后期的磨损,提高平整机的生产稳定性,从平整机辊形、生产计划安排等方面进行了优化。优化后平整机支撑辊磨损量减少56%,延长了支撑辊服役周期,使平整机在支撑辊服役后期生产更为稳定,带钢产品质量更高。
To improve the abrasion of supporting roll of single-stand four-high temper mill in some plant in its later period of work life and the production stabilization, the roll profile of temper mill and production plan are optimized.After that the abrasion loss is reduced by 56%, its work life prolonged.
